And voila! I got reply on my mail thread. June 15th, 2023 - Finally deleted my account, workspaces and filed a review on Trustpilot. June 2023 - Tried messaging on twitter and was asked to contact through taskade's contact page, so I did but still no response. Update: May 2023 - Emailed and got no response for a month. I do understand that a company make changes, they should have atleast emailed about the changes. From to June 15th 2023, I tried to get it resolved on Twitter and they changed my plan from unlimited to free. This was not good as I trusted them by words from other content creators. On May 2023, I saw that my card will be charged for $60 from 2024. I signed up for a lifetime deal on Maand also confirmed about the same. Keep up the good work Taskade Team and definitely continue to value the community feedback. The UI is fun and refreshing to work with. The collaboration potential is excellent, especially with the built-in live video feature. The hierarchy structure possibilities to break up tasks and subtasks is beautiful.
I think Taskade needs to focus and build on the strong features it has created so far, such as its core organization and productivity action features. All this said, like I said Taskade AI is really strong and helpful, but needs to be more delicately integrated into Taskade’s core feature set. Sometimes I wish there was a button to temporarily turn off Taskade AI in my projects, at least temporarily. I believe needs to be more of an extra feature rather than the main feature of Taskade. It can sometimes feel like it's a little too much in my face. This said, in certain modes of work, it can get a bit more distracting than I think Taskade's intention was. It is super helpful to help me dig into complex ideas. It can get a bit jittery to use sometimes when navigating. Though as a standalone app, it does need ux improvements. It is a good companion and complementary tool to the web/desktop app. Please don't ever change the sound! It's really nice that there is a mobile app. It sounds like a drop of water falling on a steel drum/gong in a cave. Taskade Team, I love your notification sound. The features are snappy and clean to use UI/UX-wise. With its different views, visualizing information in Taskade is more manageable than many other tools. I can hide lists so I can better focus on specific tasks at that moment. The organizational style using a cascading hierarchy is neat to work with. Breaking Down Tasks is Easier with Taskade
